February – Breaking Bad Habits
It is hard to break bad habits but just like a bad habit is formed you can develop good habits as well. Sometimes you might find yourself able to accomplish the task of changing a bad habit for a short period of time and then find yourself right back to the drawing board. However, this is where I think many people give up, too often. The key to breaking bad habits is to continue to increase your conscious level and be relentless behind your pursuit to break it.
